Annalee + Hope was born out of a desire to create beautiful, high-quality dresses and jumpsuits that make women feel confident and empowered. Our co-founders, Annalee and Hope, have been best friends since childhood and share a passion for fashion and empowering other women.
After struggling to find stylish yet comfortable dresses and jumpsuits that fit well, flattered their figures, and made them feel amazing, Annalee and Hope decided to create their own line. In 2015, Annalee + Hope was born.
We design each of our dresses and jumpsuits with care, using high-quality fabrics and flattering silhouettes. Our goal is to help women look and feel their best, whether they’re headed to work, a night out, or a weekend getaway. We believe that the right outfit can give you that extra boost of confidence you need to take on the world.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, our team pours love into every stitch. We’re committed to ethical, sustainable practices and partner with manufacturers who share our values. It’s important to us to make a positive social and environmental impact through our business.

Our dresses and jumpsuits need to transition effortlessly from day to night. We use stretch fabrics, adjustable ties, and lightweight constructions so you can move freely and feel great.
Conversation-Starting Style
With unique prints, bold colors and standout details like puff sleeves and back cutouts, our designs spark joy and self-expression. We help you make an entrance and exude confidence.
We also offer a wide range of sizes from XS-3X so women can find their perfect fit. Our aim is to provide stunning silhouettes that all women feel comfortable rocking.
Meet Our Co-Founders
Annalee + Hope was founded by two childhood best friends with the dream of empowering women through fashion. Get to know our co-founders a little more below.
Annalee Jones, Co-Founder and Creative Director
Annalee has always had an artistic, creative spirit. As a child, she would spend hours sketching dress designs and making clothes for her dolls. After earning her Fashion Design degree, she worked at a major clothing company. While she gained valuable experience there, Annalee dreamed of starting her own brand centered around confident, joyful dressing. In 2015, she made that dream a reality by launching Annalee + Hope.
As Creative Director, Annalee oversees the design process from initial concept to completed garment. She finds inspiration everywhere – from vintage textiles to architecture around the globe. Annalee is passionate about using fashion to help women feel beautiful, strong, and unapologetically themselves.
Hope Sinclair, Co-Founder and CEO
Hope majored in Business and minored in Women’s Studies in college. She has always been devoted to the empowerment of women in the workplace and beyond. Before starting Annalee + Hope, Hope worked in marketing for a major clothing brand. However, she wanted to make a bigger impact.
Hope’s passion for fashion and her business acumen made her the perfect partner for Annalee. As CEO, she oversees the strategy, finance, production, and operations side of the business. Hope brings her insights on female consumers and love for our brand mission into every decision. Her business leadership provides the strong foundation that allows Annalee + Hope to thrive.
Annalee and Hope make the perfect team. Together, they bring the creative and business expertise needed to keep growing a brand that sparks confidence in women worldwide. They continue to lead Annalee + Hope with their shared values of empowerment, inclusivity, sustainability and joyful self-expression.
